Your booking is considered fixed and the cancellation terms accepted when you receive our confirmation and have made a deposit or sent a reply.
In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, we will charge a cancellation fee in any case, unless the room can be relet.
Should you have to cancel your booked holiday or end it early, we do incur major damages, in particular for cancellations at short notice. We have reserved the booked room for you and rejected other interested guests. To make sure you do not incur any unnecessary costs, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. |
